World Speech Day is a special day dedicated to public speaking. And it is even more special this year because we're commemorating our tenth anniversary. 

This day is all about celebrating speeches and speech making through live speaking events across the world. A festival of speeches, a public speaking binge, an explosion of eloquence. And connecting communities, cities and countries worldwide.

And it's not only the adults who converged in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur for World Speech Day 2025 Kuala Lumpur. Young people (and some of them were very young!) flocked to this public speaking event too! 

They were there for one purpose: To speak!

At World Speech Day, we encourage anybody and everybody to share their voice. Whether it is just their thoughts, ideas, musings, opinions, insights, stories. Whatever. We believe they should speak out and speak up because every voice matters.

And on Saturday, we wrapped up a successful World Speech Day 2025 Kuala Lumpur! A day of declamation. Of oratory. Of public speaking.

4th Batch of Registrations for World Speech Day 2025 KL

Our fourth batch of 11 registrations for World Speech Day 2025 Kuala Lumpur – and we've issued e-dockets #046-#056:

Of this final total, ten participants will make speech recordings and the remaining 46 registrants will present themselves at YMCA Kuala Lumpur tomorrow to deliver their speeches before a live audience.

2 Days To WSD 2025 KL

In about two days' time, World Speech Day 2025 Kuala Lumpur unfolds.

We'll be featuring two new standing banners (one of which carries a new design) to announce our WSD event. 

And since we're having a book launch in conjunction with the said event, publishers Myriad Ventures will be at YMCA Kuala Lumpur too. They will also feature one standing banner to promote their latest book "The Pearls of Your Speech" (together with the first book "The Diamond in Your Speech"; they're running a combo promo, that's why).

20 Days To WSD 2025 KL

We have already reached fifty registrations for World Speech Day 2025 Kuala Lumpur. Of this total, nine participants will make speech recordings and the remaining forty-one registrants will present themselves at YMCA Kuala Lumpur on March 15 to deliver their speeches before a live audience. 

I'm committed to at least 60 registrations. We're getting close and there's still twenty days to secure at least another 10 more registrations. We can do it!

More WSD 2025 KL Posters

Given that we started registration pretty early for World Speech Day 2025 Kuala Lumpur – in November 2024 – we're obliged to create more posters to promote the said event.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As at today, we've already secured forty-nine registrations. Of this number, nine are speech recordings and forty speakers will be at YMCA Kuala Lumpur to deliver their oratory to a live audience. 

 

We're aiming to reach at least 60 registrations. Anyway, we still have 32 days before the actual event.
